The substance of the commitment
It all began with our father, Vincenzo, who as far back as the 1970s had a dream: to bring the very best equipment into restaurant kitchens. We – myself, Silvestro and my sisters Monica and Irene – grew up in that world, amongst the first Mareno kitchens and hotel supplies. So, in 1997, we decided to carry on that legacy and founded a new company. In 1999 we found an irreplaceable partner in our technical support centre, a partnership that continues to this day. Little by little, our team has grown to include some special people. Every decision we’ve made – from joining the ASSOGI group in 2010, to moving to larger premises in 2013, and now, in 2026, to even larger ones – has been driven by our desire to offer you more and more, and to give us the motivation to be here every single day. Ibellani became a limited liability company (Srl) in 2022, and we can say that another crucial step was taken yesterday to look towards the future – as far into the future as possible.
